How to use this workbook?
In this workbook, I have included some facts and quotes on gratitude as well as a range of exercises that you can practice daily. Naturally, these are simply suggestions to guide you and are not supposed to be prescriptive. Feel free to write and reflect on whatever feels right for you on the day. I would recommend that you spend a minimum of 2 minutes a day actively writing. However, you may find that on some days, the ideas just flow and you'd like to write more.
